Construction and completion of remaining works of the second section,
Beljakovce - Kriva Palanka; Rail Corridor VIII-Eastern Part, Section 2 project: Today, a light-seeing breakthrough ceremony was held for the last of the 15 tunnels, with a total length of 3675 meters, which are important engineering structures of the project.

With this, a 70% physical progress has been achieved in the tunnels constructed using the New Austrian Tunneling Method (NATM). Excavation-support and final lining reinforced concrete works are also continuing at full speed simultaneously in the tunnels.
